Receptionist Services
Our receptionists will greet your clients with a smile, offer coffee and direct them to the conference room or your office. Our front desk also accepts packages and sorts mail, and for an additional charge, can run photocopies for you from file or document.

VIRTUAL OFFICES

With a virtual office our address can be your address. Even though you are working from home a virtual office space is perfect for the home based business. You receive a professional address and a place to accept your packages and mail.
A virtual office is ideal for setting up a business address with a professional staff at a fraction; of the cost of maintaining a office. We offer two tiers of service:

Virtual I: $120.00 a month
Business address, mail and package services

Virtual II: $140.00 a month
Business address, mail and package services with 4 hours of conference room use.

Photocopying service is available to both tiers for an additional charge.

CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL

You can meet with your clients in our comfortable professional conference rooms. We currently have three available conference rooms available for rent.

In SMBC I our conference room has space for approximately 15 people. In SMBC II, our conference room can accomodate 20 people and can be used for meetings or taining.

The conference rooms are available to tenents and virtual office clients as well as the general public (for a fee). Use of the room can include coffee, water and tea or you can use an outside caterer of your choice. You can bring your audio-visual equipment.
